    Great Customer Service!

    We bought the black space Oodie for my husband, after I loved mine so much, and he kept stealing it from me. When we got it the first time, there was an issue with some of the stitching coming loose on the kangaroo pocket. I put in a ticket with their customer service, and heard back almost immediately. They were incredibly friendly and easy to work with, and I had a return label for UPS in no time at all. As soon as I sent in picture proof that I'd mailed it back, I was already getting an email that a new one had been sent out. He absolutely loves his Oodie just as much as I love mine. Not only that, but we got another for a friend, since the sale was BOGO!

    I’ve been a huge fan of Oodies for years, but after repurchasing recently, the decline in quality is obvious. The material feels thinner, less cozy, and definitely not the same as before. Honestly, I can’t recommend them anymore—save your money and buy a cheaper alternative because the quality now feels about the same.

    I absolutely love my Oodie!! It's amazing and just so soft!! I love it for the couch but I recently wore it to bed and slept like a baby!! The oversize is the best feeling!
