Materials & Care

You can find all care instructions on the inner care tag of your Oodie, however standard care options for our Oodies are as follows:
  • Hand / machine wash using cold to warm water (40°c maximum is suggested)
  • If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected
  • Use only very mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Avoid mixing with other colours
  • Do not iron
If you really want to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of the Oodie for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.

Shipping & Returns

We use USPS and DHL for most of our deliveries. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

How to Measure



Need Help Finding Your Size? 

Determine your size by slipping into your favourite undergarments and measuring directly on your body. Consult our size guide and product features for the perfect fit.

Measuring guide

Front Length: Take a tape measure and start from top of your shoulder and extend it down to the length listed in the size chart.

Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest. Typically, 2-3 centimetres below your underarm.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.

Inseam Length: Measure from the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle.

Body Length: Measure from the shoulder down to your crotch.

    Soft and fluffy.... and great customer help too

    So after Christmas I decided to treat myself and get a Jigglypuff oodie (my favorite Pokémon from the original cartoon). I purchased the oodie on Dec 31st. On Jan 7th I realized it had not arrived yet and looked on the tracking site still "Pending pickup". Contacted customer service and received help as soon as they could (remember this is during the holidays/ big sale). Customer service looked into, find that the package was missing and immediately had a second Jigglypuff oodie sent out to me. It arrived within a week and I absolutely love this fluffy thing.

    This oodie is so soft and fluffy I (and my kids) can't stop petting the fabric. It feels like being wrapped in a soft, warm fluffy pillow. And the fact that it turns into a pillow when not in use is just a little cherry on the top. Highly recommend

    I would love to use mine more, but...

    I only have had a chance to wear it once or twice and I love it, but I've run into a slight problem.

    That problem is that my cat also named Jigglypuff likes to use it as a bed. It's soft and warm for her to use in these cold days.
