Materials & Care

You can find all care instructions on the inner care tag of your Oodie, however standard care options for our Oodies are as follows:

Hand / machine wash using cold to warm water (40°c maximum is suggested)
If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected
Use only very mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
Do not tumble dry
Avoid mixing with other colours
Do not iron

If you really want to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of the Oodie for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.

Shipping & Returns

We use USPS and DHL for most of our deliveries. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

Finding Your Dog’s Fit?

The process is easy! Just follow these simple steps outlined below. Don't forget to keep some treats close by for extra encouragement!

How to measure your dog

Chest measurement:

Take the tape measure and measure the widest section behind their front legs (the widest part of their chest).

Back measurement:

Start at the base of your dog’s neck and extend the measurement all the way to where their tail starts at the top.

We recommend sizing up if your dog is in-between sizes.

Too small
Sizes are very small. Also, this order took 3 months and 4 emails to even get it shipped. Very disappointing experience. Gave the medium to my friend that has a Jack Russell, and it barely fit her dog.

Suki's oodle
Suki is my daughter's pitty mix dog. I gave her the oodle for Christmas. She has so little fur because of her breed. Suki loves her oodle. When my daughter takes it off of her to wash it she follows it to the washer. She can hardly wait to get it back on.

Very small sizing
I brought the xl both for my shar pei and staffy x, I couldn’t get it around the back let alone put it on them. The sizing is super small, had to give them away as a result. The jacket itself was good quality and I was excited about the clip front as it looked comfortable for the dogs, however my friends feedback was her dog developed a sweat rash after wearing it for one day. Now it’s just used as as a blanket as opposed to a hoodie.
For reference, my dogs are size xl across all other dog brands offered in Nz and au.
