Prizes	There are ten (10) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) item of the winner's choosing, selected from the new Oodie™ One Piece range. The winner accepts that the prize is subject to availability. The number of prizes available may change at The Sponsor's discretion.
Total Prize Pool (ARV)	$1090 USD
Odds of Winning	Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
Relevant Region	The fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
Entrants	Entry is open to legal residents of the Relevant Region who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (Entrants). Employees (as well as their immediate family members and household members, whether related or not) of the Sponsor, its affiliates, retailers, suppliers and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry Procedure	Visit the promotions page at https://theoodie.com/ (Site), complete the entry form, agree to these Official Rules and click submit. Entrants must enter the Promotion in their own name and will be required to provide all mandatory information, including the Entrant's name and email address. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Notification of Winners	Winners will be notified via email no later than 22nd July 2026. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within a reasonable time of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Redemption Date	No later than 30th July 2026

Official Rules

• The Schedule and these Official Rules govern the Entrant's participation in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Official Rules.
• To enter the Promotion, Entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotional Period. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase an Entrant's chances of winning.
• Entrants may enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries.
• The use of automated entry software, scripts, macros, or other mechanical, electronic or other means that allow an Entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by the Entrant invalid.
• Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will also be deemed invalid if they breach these Official Rules or any other content guidelines notified by the Sponsor.
• The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Prize Draw

• The draw to determine the winners (Winners) for the Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the Draw Details.
• The Winners will be notified as specified in the Schedule.
• Entrants are responsible for all expenses incurred when entering the Promotion and accessing, claiming and/or using the Prize, except as otherwise stated on the Site.
• This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winners, and each valid entry has an equal chance of winning regardless of when it was submitted during the Promotional Period. The Winners will be confirmed by the Sponsor.
• The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
• If a Winner's entry is deemed or found to be invalid, or a Winner is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor may disqualify that entry and select an alternate winner in its place.

Prizes

• The Prize(s) are specified in the Schedule. PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AND NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. No substitution of a prize is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
• If any Prize is unavailable and the Sponsor has used all reasonable efforts to arrange the Prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or comparable specification.
• Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated here, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The approximate retail value (ARV) stated in the Schedule is the Sponsor's good-faith determination, and actual value may vary. Where required by applicable law, the Sponsor may request a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) from a Winner before delivering a prize.
• (The Oodie Store Credit) Where any part of the Prize includes an Oodie store credit (Store Credit), the Store Credit is redeemable only on the Oodie website. Use of the Store Credit is subject to the Sponsor's terms and conditions, available here https://theoodie.com/policies/terms-of-service. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Store Credit is valid until the date stated on the Store Credit itself.

Claiming Prizes

• The Prize(s) must be claimed by the Redemption Date in accordance with any claim instructions set out in the Schedule, or the prize will be deemed forfeited by the Entrant. The Sponsor may require Winner(s) to provide relevant evidence in order to claim the Prize, such as proof of identity, age, and residency.
• If any Prize remains unclaimed, a second draw or selection for the Prize will take place in accordance with the Schedule, specifically the Unclaimed Prize Redraw. The alternate Winner, if any, will be notified in accordance with the Schedule, specifically Notification of Unclaimed Prize Redraw Winners.
• The Sponsor will deliver the Prize in accordance with the Schedule. The Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

General Conditions

• Publicity release: Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Promotion constitutes each Winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, hometown/state, and statements about the Promotion, in any media, for advertising and promotional purposes related to this or similar promotions, without further compensation.
• Release and limitation of liability: By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Personal information / privacy: The Sponsor collects personal information from Entrants to conduct the Promotion and may share it with agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers as needed, and with regulators where required by law. California residents have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regarding their personal information, as described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy (linked in the Schedule). By entering, Entrants agree to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of their information as described in this clause and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
• Force Majeure: If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
• Online entries: If a dispute arises as to the identity of an online Entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter. The Sponsor may require an Entrant to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the associated email address.
• Legal warning: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Social media: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used in connection with the Promotion. Entrants release the applicable social media platform from any claims or liability arising from the Promotion.
• Governing law: This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the applicable state or territory in which an Entrant resides, without regard to conflict of law principles, to the extent such laws apply.
• Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Intellectual property rights: All intellectual property rights in any entry vest in the Sponsor upon submission. Where the Promotion involves submission of any materials, including answers, statements, opinions, recordings, images, or photographs (Content), Entrants represent and warrant that:
  • the Content does not contain any viruses or material likely to cause injury or harm to any person or entity;
  • the Content is the Entrant's own original work;
  • the Content has not been previously published or awarded a prize in any other competition;
  • the Entrant has obtained all necessary consents relating to any person or property appearing in the Content;
  • the Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
  • the Sponsor may decline to publish, or may remove, any Content at its discretion without notice.
