✔︎ We are located in Adelaide, South Australia, however your order will be Express Shipped from our fast and efficient distribution centre in The USA and should arrive in 3 - 8 business days. 

Please note that if you purchase a pre-sale item and an in-stock item in the same order, both items will be sent out at the same time once all stock is available at our warehouse for dispatch.

How much is shipping?

✔︎ If you’re located in the US and your order is over $50, not a cent! We send out all orders over $50 via free standard shipping. Orders under $50 will be charged $9.99 shipping.

Is The Oodie overpriced?

✔︎ The Oodie is worth every dollar. Our price is purely based on the high quality of materials. You will know exactly what we are talking about when you first touch our Oodie and experience its comfort.

What if I don't like it?

✔︎ We are extremely confident that you will love The Oodie. However if you do not find The Oodie suitable for you we do offer a 30-day returns policy.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag and bow that it arrives in.

If your return item arrives without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your Oodie please email our team at help@theoodie.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your Oodie.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

We will send you a return shipping label that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.

Please note that the return label we send you does not cover the return costs. You will be required to pay for your own return costs at the Post Office when sending your return item back to us.

What is the size of The Oodie?

 ✔︎ The Oodie is modelled similar to a 6XL Hoodie with a few unique differences. It fits pregnant women, 10 year olds and basketball players. Please note, if you are taller than 6' we suggest pairing The Oodie with trackies!
